I live in a mountainous area, so painting this mountains abstract landscape was easy – all I had to do was look around. All right, there was no poppy field, but an artist without imagination is no artist! I painted this work on a whim and I was so excited when working on it, that at one moment I put my palette knife and brushes down and started painting with my fingers. And I’m glad I did because the cloud turned up really nice!
